It’s free to join and easy to start earning rewards. Your business earns AAdvantage® miles on all eligible employee travel. Plus, employees who choose to register can earn extra Loyalty Points in addition to what they already earn through the AAdvantage® program.
Businesses can access the miles they earn through the program once they have at least 5 active travelers and $5,000 in eligible spend on flights with American during the calendar year. Miles redemption benefits will continue through the following calendar year (up to 24 months). Businesses requalify each calendar year. These requirements are waived for Citi® / AAdvantage Business℠ World Elite Mastercard® cardmembers.
Minimum program requirements are also waived for businesses who have qualified for the AAdvantage Business Select℠ tier.

To register, you must be an authorized representative of the business, and your company must have a government-issued tax ID.

Travel Managers can use the travel management portal to track miles and program spend, assign Trip Credits, set travel policy, add travelers and more.
We recommend travelers also register with the program so they can earn additional Loyalty Points on travel, access the business booking path and use available Trip Credits in the business account.
Book and manage business travel through aa.com, the American app or any agency. On aa.com, registered travelers can choose ‘Business’ as their travel type and book as normal – while earning miles for the business and additional Loyalty Points for themselves.
